COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS
Win The Best of British Giveaway with Green People
- Entry is open to residents of the UK, except employees (and their families) of Green People Company Limited or any other persons/companies associated with this competition.
- Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
- Only one entry per household is permitted. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
- The prize is as stated and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative products.
- All entries must be made directly by the person entering the competition. Use of a false name or address will result in disqualification.
- Entries that are incomplete, illegible, indecipherable or made using automated methods (including scripts or macros) will be void.
- No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed due to technical issues or computer error in transit.
- This giveaway is not associated with, endorsed, sponsored or administered by Meta.
- The competition runs from 15th November 2025 and closes at 23:59 on 15th December 2025.
- A winner will be drawn using a random number generator and notified within one week of the competition closing.
- Confirmation of the prize will be made in writing to the winner.
- Failure to respond and/or provide an address for delivery within 7 days of notification or failure to meet the eligibility requirements, may result in forfeiture of the prize.
- If Green People Company Limited is unable to contact the winner within 7 days of the prize draw, or the winner is disqualified for any reason, Green People reserves the right to select an alternative winner from all remaining valid entries.
- Every effort will be made to deliver prizes within 14 days of the competition closing. However, in the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as postal delays or supplier issues, Green People reserves the right to dispatch prizes as soon as delivery becomes possible.
- The prize includes products from Green People, Chococo, SKÅR Organics, Atlantic Blankets, Fiona Walker England and Sea Change Wines as featured in The Best of British Giveaway. If any item becomes unavailable, Green People Company Limited reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
- Competitions may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
- In the event of any discrepancy between these standard terms and conditions and the promotional material (or any other terms provided at the time of entry), the details of the promotional material shall prevail.
- By providing your email address and opting in to marketing, you agree for Green People and its competition partners (Chococo, SKÅR Organics, Atlantic Blankets, Fiona Walker England, and Sea Change Wines) to send you email marketing communications.
- You may unsubscribe from Green People Company Limited or any competition partner’s emails at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in each email.
