The pioneers of organic beauty since 1997
If you live with sensitive skin, you know it's about so much more than how your skin looks.
It's the anxiety before trying a new product. The disappointment when something that worked for everyone else doesn't work for you. The exhaustion of explaining to yet another person why you can't just "try this cream." It's the isolation of feeling like nobody really gets it. The Sensitive Skin Diaries is an honest conversation with eight women who understand exactly what you're going through.
Not the highlight reel, but the real, messy, hopeful truth of living with sensitive skin.
The Sensitive Skin Diaries isn't just a documentary. It's an invitation.
We've created a community where your experience is understood, your frustrations are validated and your story matters. This is a space where you can ask the questions you've been too embarrassed to ask. Where you can share the win of a good skin day without feeling like you're oversharing. Where you can talk about the hard days without judgment. Because everyone here knows what it's like.

This is a supportive, judgment-free space. We're here to listen, share and lift each other up.
We surveyed over 2,000 people across the UK because we wanted to understand the reality. Not the version that gets shared on social media, but what it's actually like day to day.
People in the UK live with sensitive skin.
First noticed their sensitivity before they turned 18.
Say their skin got worse after trying a new product.
These aren't just statistics. They're the experiences of people who've felt exactly what you're feeling right now.
Eight women, eight different journeys. Some have lived with sensitive skin since childhood. Others developed it later in life.
All of them know what it's like to feel frustrated, isolated, and ready to give up - and all of them have found their way through.

Here's something that doesn't get talked about enough: sometimes the skin care industry makes sensitive skin worse, not better. The multi-step routines, the trending actives, the promise that more products equal better results. It's a lot. And for skin that's already reactive, it can be too much. Layering products means layering ingredients, and when those ingredients don't play well together (or with your skin), it compounds the problem.
"Barrier damage doesn't happen overnight," explains Charlotte Vøhtz, Green People founder. "It builds up over time - harsh cleansing, drying alcohols, synthetic fragrances, incompatible actives competing on your skin. Most people aren't trying to damage their skin. They're following advice that simply wasn't designed for skin like theirs."
The truth is this: sensitive skin doesn't need more. It needs better. It needs formulas that work with your skin's natural function - protecting, balancing, repairing - rather than trying to override it.
