Is prickly heat common during menopause?

It's a really common question we hear: "Why am I suddenly getting prickly heat rash?" If your heat rash seems to have started around the time of menopause, it's very possible that your changing hormones are playing a role.

You see, one way your skin can react to the hormonal shifts during menopause is by producing more sweat – not just during those nighttime flushes, but sometimes throughout the day too.
